Refunds

• If a paid answer didn't arrive or failed, the purchase is returned to your balance automatically and you can use it again.
• If something still went wrong, write /support in the bot within 14 days — we'll refund Telegram Stars or deliver the purchase again.
• Horai Pro via Stars can be cancelled anytime in Telegram: Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
• Card subscriptions to Askhorai PRO are managed and refunded through Tribute.
